KITS are young foxes, typically between the ages of three and six months. They are born in the spring and are usually weaned by the time they reach six months of age. They are still dependent on their parents for food and protection during this period. Young foxes are playful and curious, often exploring their environment and learning how to hunt. They are also very social, forming strong bonds with their family members.
