Wyatt Earp was an American Old West lawman and gunfighter who is often regarded as one of the most famous figures of the American West. He is best known for his involvement in the Gunfight at the O.K. Corral, during which he and his brothers Virgil and Morgan Earp, along with Doc Holliday, famously confronted the Clanton-McLaury gang. Earp was also a deputy marshal in Tombstone, Arizona, and served in several other Western towns during his career.
