Tony Winner Rivera, also known as Chita Rivera (5 letters), is an American actress, dancer, and singer who has had a successful career spanning seven decades. She is the first Hispanic woman and the first Latino American to receive a Kennedy Center Honor for her lifetime contribution to American culture through the performing arts. She has won two Tony Awards for Best Leading Actress in a Musical, and received eight additional Tony Award nominations.
