West African River is a term used to describe three major rivers in West Africa: the Volta, the Niger, and the Gambia. The Volta is a river in Ghana that flows into the Gulf of Guinea. The Niger is a 2, 600 mile long river that flows through Nigeria, Niger, Benin, and Cameroon. The Gambia is a river in Gambia that flows into the Atlantic Ocean.
