Visualise is a term used to describe the process of forming mental images or pictures in one's mind. It can be done through a variety of methods, such as picturing, envisaging, seeing, imagining, dreaming, daydreaming, contemplating, beholding, featuring, fancying, creating, projecting, cogitating, visualizing, and imaging. All of these terms are related to the concept of visualising, and can be used to help someone form a mental IMAGE of something.
