Bantu is a term used to refer to a group of languages spoken in Sub-Saharan Africa, including Swahili and Zulu. The BANTU language family is one of the largest language families in the world, with over 400 languages spoken by more than 200 million people. Swahili and Zulu are two of the most widely spoken BANTU languages, with Swahili being the official language of Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Zulu being the official language of South Africa.
