Lorne Michaels is a Canadian-American television producer and writer, best known for his work as the creator and executive producer of Saturday Night Live (SNL). He has been the executive producer of SNL since 1975, making him one of the longest-serving producers in television history. He has also produced several films and television specials, including The Blues Brothers, Wayne's World, and 30 Rock.
