Tara Lipinski is an American figure skater who won the 1998 Olympic gold medal in ladies' singles. She is also a two-time World Champion, a four-time Grand Prix Final Champion, and a three-time U.S. National Champion. Lipinski is the youngest individual to ever win an Olympic gold medal in figure skating, at the age of 15. She retired from competitive skating in 2002 and has since become a television commentator for figure skating events.
