The SI unit of magnetic flux is the Weber (Wb). It is a derived unit of the International System of Units (SI) and is named after the German physicist Wilhelm Eduard Weber. The Weber is defined as the amount of magnetic flux that, linking an electrical circuit of one turn, produces in it an electromotive force of one volt. It is equal to the magnitude of the magnetic flux times the area of the circuit.
