Isaac Hayes was an American singer-songwriter, musician, and producer. He is best known for his work in the 1970s as a soul and funk musician, and for composing the theme song for the TV show 'SHAFT'. Hayes was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2002.
