Dan Savage is an American sex columnist, author, media pundit, and activist. He is best known for his political and social commentary, as well as his honest approach to topics such as same-sex marriage, bullying, and LGBT rights. Savage has written the internationally syndicated relationship and sex advice column 'Savage Love' since 1991. He is also the founder of the It Gets Better Project, which encourages LGBT youth facing harassment.
