Seder bread, also known as Matzoh or Matzo, is an unleavened bread traditionally eaten during the Jewish holiday of Passover. It is made from flour and water and is usually square in shape. Matzoh is a Hebrew word meaning 'unleavened bread' and Matzo is the Yiddish word for the same thing. Seder bread is a symbol of the haste with which the Israelites left Egypt and is a reminder of the suffering of the Jews in slavery.
