Doctor Who is a long-running show that has been on the air since 1963 and follows the adventures of the Doctor, an alien from a race called the Time Lords, as he travels through time and space in his TARDIS. The Doctor has had many incarnations over the years, with the current actor playing the role being Jodie Whittaker.
