Sarges' Superiors are two military ranks, Louies and Looies. Louies, or Lieutenants, are officers in the United States Army, Air Force, and Marine Corps who typically hold a four-year college degree and have completed Officer Candidate School. Looies, or Lieutenants Colonel, are field grade officers in the United States Army, Air Force, and Marine Corps who typically have at least seven years of service and have completed advanced training.
