The San Francisco Rail System is a public transportation system that includes the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) system. BART is a rapid transit system that serves the San Francisco Bay Area in California. It connects the cities of San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, Fremont, and other surrounding areas. The BART system consists of four lines and 44 stations, and is the fifth-busiest rapid transit system in the United States.
