The San DIEGO Chargers are a professional American football team based in San DIEGO, California. They compete in the National Football League (NFL) as a member of the American Football Conference (AFC) West division. The team was founded in 1960 and played its home games at Qualcomm Stadium from 1967 to 2016. The Chargers relocated to Los Angeles in 2017, where they currently play their home games at Dignity Health Sports Park.
