A Sales Agent, also known as a Sales Representative or REP, is a professional who works to promote and sell products or services to customers. They are responsible for finding new customers, negotiating contracts, and providing customer service. Sales Agents must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as knowledge of the product or service they are selling. They must be able to work independently and be self-motivated. Sales Agents must also be able to handle rejection and remain persistent in order to succeed.
