The Saar River is a tributary of the Moselle River in Germany and France. It originates in the Vosges Mountains in France and flows through the German states of Saarland and Rhineland-Palatinate before joining the Moselle near Konz. The Orne River is a tributary of the Seine River in France. It rises in Normandy and flows through the departments of Orne, Eure, and Seine-Maritime before joining the Seine near Rouen.
