The Peedee and Santee are two rivers located in South Carolina. The Peedee River, also known as the Great Pee Dee River, is a long river that runs through North and South Carolina. It is approximately 310 miles long and is a tributary of the Waccamaw River. The Santee River is a shorter river, about 140 miles long, and is a tributary of the Cooper River. Both rivers are important sources of water for the state of South Carolina.
