Rents from a renter is a term used to describe the process of a tenant subletting their rental property to another individual. Subletting is when a tenant rents out all or part of their rental property to someone else, usually for a short period of time. This process requires the tenant to obtain permission from their landlord before they can sublet the property. The tenant is still responsible for paying rent to the landlord, but the tenant will also collect rent from the subletter.
