Rental from a renter is a term used to describe the situation when a tenant sublets their rental property to another person. This is usually done when the original tenant needs to move out of the property before their lease is up, but still wants to keep their rental agreement in place. The new tenant, or subletter, pays rent to the original tenant, who then pays the landlord. This arrangement is beneficial to both parties as it allows the original tenant to avoid breaking their lease and the subletter to gain access to a rental property without having to go through the normal rental process.
