The Persian Gulf States are four countries located in the Middle East, namely QATAR (5 letters), OMAN (4 letters), IRAN (4 letters) and KUWAIT (6 letters). QATAR is a small peninsula located in the Persian Gulf, bordered by Saudi Arabia to the south and the United Arab Emirates to the east. OMAN is a country located on the southeastern coast of the Arabian Peninsula, with a coastline along the Gulf of OMAN and the Arabian Sea. IRAN is a country located in Western Asia, bordered by Iraq to the west, Turkey to the northwest, Armenia to the north, Azerbaijan to the northeast, Turkmenistan to the east and Afghanistan and Pakistan to the southeast. KUWAIT is a country located on the northeastern edge of the Arabian Peninsula, bordered by Iraq to the north and Saudi Arabia to the south.
