Old-time comic Lew Lehr was a popular American comedian and actor in the early 20th century. He was known for his slapstick comedy and often performed in vaudeville shows. He was also featured in many silent films, including The Great Train Robbery (1903) and The Bank Robbery (1908). He was a regular on the radio show The Jack Benny Program and appeared in several Broadway plays. He passed away in 1941 at the age of 64.
