Officer Wannabe is a term used to describe someone who aspires to become a police officer. It is often used in a derogatory manner to describe someone who is not qualified or trained to be an officer, but who acts as if they are. The term can also be used to describe someone who is in the process of becoming an officer, such as a CADET. A CADET is a student in a police academy or other law enforcement training program.
