The first king of the dynasty was King Rama I, who reigned from 1782 to 1809. He was succeeded by King Rama II, who reigned from 1809 to 1824. King Rama III followed, reigning from 1824 to 1851. King Rama IV, who reigned from 1851 to 1868, was followed by King Rama V, who reigned from 1868 to 1910. King Rama VI, who reigned from 1910 to 1925, was followed by King Rama VII, who reigned from 1925 to 1935.
