A man-eater is a person or creature that preys on humans. The term can be used to describe a cannibal, someone who eats human flesh, an OGRE, a mythical creature often depicted as a large, cruel, monstrous humanoid, or a VAMP, a seductive woman who uses her charm to manipulate men.
