A Hirer is a Human Resources Person who is responsible for recruiting and interviewing potential employees. They are the ones who decide who to hire and who not to hire, based on their qualifications and experience. They also manage the onboarding process for new hires and ensure that all paperwork is completed correctly. Hirers are sometimes referred to as Talent Acquisition Specialists or Recruiters.
