Lou Ferrigno is an American actor, bodybuilder, and fitness trainer best known for his role as the title character in the television series The Incredible Hulk. He is also known for his appearances in films such as Hercules, Sinbad of the Seven Seas, and I Love You, Man. Ferrigno was born in Brooklyn, New York, and began weight training at the age of 13. He won an IFBB Mr. America title and two consecutive IFBB Mr. Universe titles, and appeared in the bodybuilding documentary Pumping Iron.
