Horse-soldiers, also known as CAVALRY, are soldiers who fight on horseback. They have been used in warfare since ancient times and were especially prominent during the Middle Ages. CAVALRY were used to great effect in battles such as the Battle of Waterloo, where they were able to quickly move around the battlefield and outmaneuver their opponents. In modern times, CAVALRY units are still used by some militaries, although they are not as common as they once were.
