Ned Flanders is a character from the long-running animated television series The Simpsons. He is the neighbor of the Simpson family, living next door to them at 744 Evergreen Terrace. NED is an extremely religious and conservative man who is often seen wearing a pink shirt and green trousers. He is voiced by Harry Shearer and has been a recurring character since the show's first season in 1989.
