The term HOME OF THE ROYAL BOTANIC GARDENS is KEW, which is a botanical garden in southwest London. It is the world's largest collection of living plants and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Kew Gardens was founded in 1840 by Princess Augusta, the mother of King George III, and is now managed by the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. The gardens are home to over 30, 000 different species of plants, including many rare and endangered species. Kew is also home to the world's largest herbarium, containing over 7 million specimens.
