Linda Hamilton is an American actress best known for her role as Sarah Connor in the 1984 science fiction film The Terminator and its 1991 sequel Terminator 2: Judgment Day. She also starred in the television series Beauty and the Beast, for which she was nominated for two Golden Globe Awards and an Emmy Award. Hamilton has also appeared in other films such as Children of the Corn, The Lawnmower Man, and Dante's Peak.
