Fate is an ancient concept that has been around for centuries. It is believed to be the force that determines the course of one's life. In Greek mythology, Fate is personified by three goddesses known as the Moirai, or the Fates. CLOTHO, the first of the Fates, is responsible for spinning the thread of life. Nona, the second Fate, measures the thread of life and decides how long a person will live. The third Fate, Atropos, cuts the thread of life when it is time for a person to die. Together, these three Fates are responsible for determining the fate of all living things.
