The Hutu are an ethnic group of Rwanda and Burundi, located in Central Africa. They are the largest ethnic group in both countries, making up around 85% of the population in Rwanda and 90% in Burundi. Historically, the Hutu have been farmers, living off the land and relying on subsistence agriculture. They speak a Bantu language and have a rich cultural heritage, including traditional music, dance, and art.
