A diplomatic establishment is an official residence or office of a country's ambassador or other diplomatic representative. An EMBASSY is the most common type of diplomatic establishment, and is typically located in the host country's capital city. Embassies are responsible for representing their home country's interests abroad, and providing assistance to citizens of their home country who are living or traveling in the host country.
