Delirium or Hysteria is a term used to describe a mental disorder characterized by extreme emotional disturbances. MANIA is a type of mental disorder that is characterized by an abnormally elevated mood, increased energy, and a decreased need for sleep. MANIA can also be accompanied by delusions, hallucinations, and other symptoms. It is often seen in people with bipolar disorder, but can also occur in those without the condition.
