A GRANGE is a type of country house with farm buildings, typically found in rural areas. It is usually a large building or complex of buildings owned by a farmer or agricultural organization, and used for agricultural purposes such as storage, livestock housing, and workshops. Granges are often associated with the National GRANGE of the Order of Patrons of Husbandry, a fraternal organization in the United States.
