In The Untouchables, Costner played Eliot NESS, a federal agent tasked with bringing down Al Capone's criminal empire. In Field of Dreams, he played Ray Kinsella, a farmer who builds a baseball diamond in his cornfield. Lastly, in Wyatt Earp, Costner played the titular character, a legendary lawman in the American Old West.
