CORCORDAT is an international agreement signed in 1975 between the United States and Canada. The term CORCORDAT is an acronym for the 'Convention on Great Lakes Water Quality'. The agreement also established a mechanism for the two countries to cooperate on environmental issues. PACT is an acronym for the 'Protocol Annexing the Convention on Great Lakes Water Quality'.
