Contract Negotiators, also known as Agents, are responsible for negotiating contracts between two or more parties. They must be knowledgeable in the legal aspects of contract law and be able to effectively communicate with all parties involved. They must be able to analyze the terms of a contract and make sure that all parties are in agreement. They must also be able to resolve any disputes that may arise during the negotiation process. Contract Negotiators must be highly organized and have excellent problem-solving skills.
