The Yalta Conference of 1945 was a meeting between the leaders of the Allied Powers of World War II, namely the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Soviet Union. The conference took place in Yalta, Crimea, and was held to discuss the post-war reorganization of Europe and Asia. The conference resulted in the establishment of the United Nations, as well as the division of Germany and the occupation of Berlin.
