Samuel Adams was a colonial firebrand, an American revolutionary leader and politician from Massachusetts. He was a key figure in the American Revolution and one of the Founding Fathers of the United States. Adams was a prominent political theorist and an influential member of the Sons of Liberty, a group of American patriots who opposed British rule in the colonies. He was also a signer of the Declaration of Independence and a delegate to the Continental Congress.
