Circles of Light is a term used to describe the bright rings of light that appear around a light source. The most common examples are HALOES, coronas, and HALOS. HALOES are 6-letter rings of light that appear around a light source, such as the sun or moon. Coronas are 7-letter rings of light that appear around the sun or moon, often caused by the refraction of light through ice crystals in the atmosphere. HALOS are 5-letter rings of light that appear around a light source, usually caused by the reflection of light off of ice crystals in the atmosphere. Coronae are 7-letter rings of light that appear around the sun or moon, usually caused by the refraction of light through ice crystals in the atmosphere.
