The term 'China Island Off' refers to four islands off the coast of mainland China: Macao (5 letters), Matsu (5 letters), Marco (5 letters) and Ellis (5 letters). Macao is a special administrative region of China, located on the western side of the Pearl River Delta. Matsu is an archipelago of 36 islands located in the Taiwan Strait, administered by the Republic of China.
