The Chicago Tribune, often referred to as the Trib or The Chi-Paper, is a daily newspaper based in Chicago, Illinois. It is the largest newspaper in the state and one of the oldest continuously published newspapers in the United States. Founded in 1847, the Tribune has been owned by Tribune Publishing since 2014. The Tribune covers local, national, and international news, as well as sports, entertainment, business, and lifestyle topics.
