Caricaturist Tweed is a combination of three different people: Thomas Nast, Honore Daumier, and George Sorel. Thomas Nast was an American caricaturist and editorial cartoonist in the 19th century who is credited with creating the modern version of Santa Claus. Honore Daumier was a French artist who was known for his satirical lithographs and paintings of political figures. George Sorel was a French caricaturist who was known for his humorous illustrations of celebrities and politicians. Together, these three individuals are known as Caricaturist Tweed, a term used to describe a style of caricature that combines elements of all three artists.
