Canton Bordering Lake Lucerne is a canton in Switzerland. It is bordered by the lake of the same name, Lake Lucerne. The canton is also known as Uri and its capital is Altdorf. Uri is one of the 26 cantons of Switzerland and is located in the central part of the country. It is the second smallest canton in terms of area and population. Uri is known for its mountainous landscape and is home to many ski resorts.
