Ontario is Canada's most populous province, with a population of 14.57 million people as of 2019. It is located in the east-central part of the country and is home to the nation's capital, Ottawa. Ontario is the second largest province in terms of land area, and is bordered by the provinces of Manitoba to the west and Quebec to the east. It is also bordered by the Great Lakes and the United States to the south. Ontario is home to many of Canada's major cities, including Toronto, Hamilton, and London.
