The Buffalo SABRES is a professional ice hockey team based in Buffalo, New York. They are members of the Atlantic Division of the Eastern Conference of the National Hockey League (NHL). The team was established in 1970 and has since won two conference championships and six division championships. The team's home arena is KeyBank Center, formerly known as Marine Midland Arena and HSBC Arena. The SABRES' mascot is Sabretooth.
