The term BREWERY OUTPUT refers to the products that are produced by a brewery. This includes Ales, which are beers made with top-fermenting yeast; Ales, which are beers made with bottom-fermenting yeast; Cases, which are containers of BEER; Lagers, which are beers made with bottom-fermenting yeast; and BEER, which is an alcoholic beverage made from fermented grains. All of these products are produced by a brewery and are collectively referred to as Brewery Output.
